I’m here with a short blog post today – just a little life update – because something rather exciting has happened to me …

Hi everyone! I’m slowly trying to catch up on all the phenomenal awards and tags I’ve been nominated for, and today I’m doing the Folklore Book Tag.
Today I’m joined by the lovely Intorverted Thoughts to do a collab about reading (seeing as we both love it so much). She did a fantastic post on the history of reading, and my post is about the benefits of reading, so I hope you enjoy both of our posts!!
Today I’m doing a special type of collab. Olivia from Olivia Lucie Blake and I have teamed up and decided to guest post on each other’s sites on some very important topics. Olivia’s guest post here is about self-care, and when you’re done reading here you can check out my guest post on her site about self-confidence. I hope you enjoy it xxx
For all those who struggle when your sloth mode gets activated, you don’t have to worry anymore about struggling to find something to do and arguing with yourself about whether or not you actually want to do it. Here are 13 things that can help you fix your sloth mode and do something even when you have zero motivation and don’t want to do anything at all.
I was going to include this tag in my big awards post, but I just loved the idea of it and thought, because it’s not technically an award, that I’d give it its own special post and this is it. So, a huge thank you to Evin from a Curly Sue’s Ramblings and Meekly Insane from the Sycamore Quill for tagging me in this – I really really appreciate it. It was such a wholesome post to write, so thank you for that! Here are my 15 small joys!
Hey everyone! So I’m back with part two of this incredible awards post – every time I think about it I can’t stop smiling. I’m actually quite glad we have to wear masks in public right now because if people could see how much I’m grinning they’d probably think I was crazy … Today I’m going through two Liebster Award nominations and two Ideal Inspiration Blogger awards – thank you all so much for nominating me!!
’ve wanted to talk about this topic for a while because I feel like it’s so important and it’s something that hits quite close to home for me. Our response to these things that are perfectly normal and part of our bodies/us can have such a detrimental effect on our mental health and our general attitude towards ourselves. Not to mention the damaging impact the opinions of others can have … That’s why today I want to really talk about what’s under the filter – the pimples, skin problems, stretch marks, scars, that little bit of extra insulation, and all the other things we don’t like about our bodies but are pretty normal to have.
My mind is blown because I’ve been nominated for more blogging awards!! I’ve been celebrating the whole week – so thank you so much everyone for nominating me and the constant support. Today, because doing all the awards at once or individually is a bit much, I’m doing 3 of the awards in this post. I hope you enjoy reading my answers to everyone’s questions and congrats to all my nominations!!
An unexpected inspiration hit me for today’s post – I did an interview about running Tall Blonde Tales with a great friend of mine from my old high school. It was such a fun experience – click to get the link and listen to it!
