Blogmas Day 15 – Guest post by Betty

an you believe it’s 10 days until Christmas!!! It feels so close I can practically taste it (and that’s because I have been devouring festive foods and drinks at the moment). I’m currently in Edinburgh evaluating the Christmas markets, there will be a blogmas post relating to that coming out soon, so today I’m sharing another great guest post submission from Betty – I hope you enjoy her really lovely Christmas poem!

Blogmas Day 14 – Letter to Santa

As a big believer in Christmas magic, I am just as excited to write my letter now this year. Yes, it’s different writing your letter as an adult than a child because it doesn’t have the same sparkle to it, but in a way, I think the only thing that can dull the incredible, sparkly magic of the Christmas season is your own attitude. Soooo, with that being said, here is my letter to Santa this year!

Blogmas Day 13 – Hot Chocolate Appreciation Day!!

Because there are so many delectable, Christmassy variations of hot chocolate being sold everywhere (and I mean everywhere – honestly, my self-control is being tested every time I leave the house when I see things like spiced cinnamon hot chocolate available on special), I thought it would be a fun idea to do a little Hot chocolate appreciation post. And just in case that isn’t enough for some of you, I’m also going to be sharing some super easy recipes for these different types of hot chocolate, so it’s a two in one post today. Lucky you!

Blogmas Day 11 – My Favourite Disney Christmas Movies

I always love to do a list of favourite Christmas movies during Blogmas because what’s more cosy than curling up under a blanket in your fluffy socks with a mug of hot chocolate, some mince pies and a selection of Christmas movies to watch. However, someone suggested that I do something Disney related for Blogmas this year (cause we all know how obsessed I am with Disney), so I thought I’d combine those two and do a list of my favourite Disney Christmas movies. Right enough of my yabbering you’re here to read about Disney Christmas movies!!

Blogmas Day 10 – 12 Days of Christmas Sustainability with Happy Panda

t is that time of the year – when fun & festivities are in the air. While a huge part of the world is busy with Christmas celebrations, additionally in India – it is the wedding season! I’ve spent the last few days wedding hopping and boy, is that exhausting. Tia and I were discussing our final sustainability challenge for 2021 (we’ve done a few together this year) and decided to make it a challenge everyone can partake in. The challenge is ’12 days of sustainability’ which borrows from ’12 days of Christmas’. Tia proposed the idea of having 12 sustainability related festive challenges that can be done across this month.

Blogmas Day 8 – Guest post by The Goddess Attainable

Can you believe blogmas has already been going on for over a week? I’m feeling like I haven’t thrown myself into Christmas quite enough but to be fair I am still at university and have some assignments still to submit so once those are done boy am I going to get festive!! Anywho, starting week 2 of Blogmas I bring you another guest post from another great blogging friend – The Goddess Attainable. I hope you enjoy it!

Blogmas Day 7 – Sock Snowman craft tutorial

Welcome to another Blogmas post, and today I thought I would share a super fun (and easy) Christmas craft tutorial. This was inspired by a session that I hosted in my Disney society. During the term we held a craft and cake session at one of my favourite cafes in Durham (it’s called Hatters, and you can read about it in my post I wrote about my top 5 places to eat in Durham) and made Disney-themed crafts. One of which was a snowman and the best part about it is it uses mostly recycled material(s) and rice that we got from the zero-waste store I volunteer at, Scoop. So today I’m going to share the tutorial for this craft because not only is it super fun to make, but it’s also just an adorable Christmas craft using some pretty basic (and reusable) materialy. I hope you enjoy it!
