I always love to do a list of favourite Christmas movies during Blogmas because what’s more cosy than curling up under a blanket in your fluffy socks with a mug of hot chocolate, some mince pies and a selection of Christmas movies to watch. However, someone suggested that I do something Disney related for Blogmas this year (cause we all know how obsessed I am with Disney), so I thought I’d combine those two and do a list of my favourite Disney Christmas movies. Right enough of my yabbering you’re here to read about Disney Christmas movies!!

May has probably been the greatest mix of stress and relaxation I’ve had in a while, as I had my first set of uni exams/final exams for first-year to do online. Which is absolutely terrifying, by the way – am I the only one who feels that way? But, having all my exams and summative assignments out the way also means that I am free to do fun things and relax a little after a rather hectic, if not somewhat inactive and digital, first year of university. Today I am doing another monthly review post – I hope you enjoy it!
I had so much fun with Small Talks doing our Disney-themed collab this year and because Disney is just so fantastic and something so many people can connect through, I’ve been lucky enough to be able to do another Disney questionnaire with Maggie from Maggie’s Doodles. I’ve always been a huge admirer of Maggie’s blog, and enjoyed doing her massive Disney tag so much that I jumped when she suggested we also do one. So today, because I just can’t get enough Disney and I hope you aren’t tired of all my Disney chatter, here is another Disney themed collab with Maggie’s Doodles – I hope you enjoy!
So today is going to be a Disney themed collab with Small Talks (you probably guessed that from the title but I do talk about Disney a lot so…). Both of us sent each other a list of Disney-themed questions and are going to share the answers on each others’ blogs. So, without further ado, here are my questions that Small Talks answered.
Hi there everyone!! Today I’m catching up on a phenomenal post that I was tagged in by a fantastic blogger and friend – the Frozen Tag!! For a big geek like me who loves reading and adores all things Disney, I’m sure you can guess how much I loved this tag, so keep reading to check out this wonderful tag and to see the prompts if you too would like to take part!!
Today I am doing what has to be one of the coolest tags I have ever come across … THE ULTIMATE DISNEY TAG!!! I have always been a massive Disney lover, so as soon as I came across this tag and got nominated by Chickadee Lover Maggie I knew that I just had to do it. It has taken me quite some time to get to it (so sorry about that), but the wait is over and now I’m here with the 50 questions for the Ultimate Disney Tag.
Today I’m doing my second collab (yayyy!) with Emmanuella from Beauty and Bows – we asked each other 20 disney-related questions so I hope you enjoy this post. I certainly had so much fun answering these questions and making them for Emmanuella xx
This blog has been up for more than seven months, and in all of that time, I don’t think I’ve shared too much about myself. Yes, I’ve shared some experiences and little bits of information here and there, but I haven’t actually shown all of you fabulous readers precisely who I am. So, inspiration found! Hallelujah! Today I thought I would share ten fun and funky facts about myself. It may not be advice, but I’m hoping that it will give you a little insight into who I am and be a fun way for you all to get to know me better. Without further ado, here are my ten fun facts. I hope you enjoy it and try to keep your judgment or laughter to the end. Thank you very much 🙂
According to my list of non-official holidays in my diary, today is ‘embrace your geekness’ day, and that’s why Tall Blonde Tales will be celebrating ‘geekness’ in today’s blog post. Now the common thought around being a geek, at least from what I’ve encountered, is that it isn’t a good thing, and the word itself has quite a few negative connotations. The term ‘geek’ used to be a derogatory term to describe circus workers, and from there it was transformed into something of an insult on people. Now the terms nerd and geek are used interchangeably even though they have different meanings. A geek is someone brainy who is good with technology while a nerd is someone with an in-depth knowledge of a particular subject. How I define a geek though, is someone who has a particular affinity or interest in any subject or field. Well, today we are rejecting all negative associations with the term ‘geek’ (as we should generally do, not just today specifically) and celebrating it. Every single one of us is a geek in some way, so don’t feel ashamed of the term. Today, you embrace every aspect of your geekness with open arms!
There are so many fantastic ways to spend a holiday day or week, no matter where you are in the world. Each place offers unique activities, but something that most locations have in common is an amusement park. One of the best ways to spend a vacation day (or week) is to visit an amusement park, and there are hundreds of reasons why. There are the rides, the food, and what some people fail to realise is that amusement parks can be great fun even if you aren’t a kid anymore. If you are looking for an excuse to go to an amusement park, or can’t think why going to one would be a fantastic experience, then you have come to the right place. As a theme park lover and roller coaster addict, here are ten reasons why amusement parks are fantastic!
