While I love all of the themed chocolate I can get my hands on and love romance in general, the overwhelming pressure to celebrate this day in a sweet, meaningful way can be a bit much. What happens if you can’t afford to go to an expensive restaurant? What do you do if you pulled out all the stops last year but now this year have no idea what to do? What if you’re single and don’t have a date for the night?
